After twenty nine years, Rick is still my very best friend and sweetheart. The children are
leaving and we are finding that we enjoy the time we have together. Although Rick's hair is gray and my gray is hidden, and although we look a little different, he is still the man that turns my heart! I look
forward to the next 29 years with this great man!

It's Fall!

Emily and Miles just had their birthdays! Miles is 22 and Em is 19. It was so great to have them home from school. The other people in the picture are, on the left, a friend of Emily's, Brady, and on the right, Miles roommate, Austin.
When they come home we try to pack too much in a weekend! It is always a little crazy. Miles is working really hard to keep up with all of the engineering classes and math. Emily is doing well, but still not sure what she is going to do the rest of her life. She still has time to decide.
The top picture is my 3 boys with Austin. Yes, they are great looking boys. More important than that, they are great people!

Bear Lake 2008

Hey ~ Crystal here. Since it doesn't look like Mom is going to blog about our annual Bear Lake vacation, I will take the liberty to post some pics. It was so fun to go up and hang out as a family. Thanks for the trip!!

Trip to California

Emily and I just got back from a trip to California! We had a great time visiting the LA area and hanging out at Newport beach, Venice Beach and Santa Monica Blvd. It was nice to set our own pace and enjoy the ride!

Emily Graduates

Because Miles coming home from Germany and Em's graduation were at the same time, Crystal and Tim went to graduation, and Ryan, Granny, Kelson, Rick and I went to the airport. Emily has been to a party almost every night since graduation. This group of kids really enjoy hanging out. A great time at the English house!

Miles is Home!

Miles is the same but grown up. It is a little awkward for him to be home, and there are a lot of things to adjust to. He is happy and he has a job that he enjoys, so life is good.
